The only class which sticks out in terms of farming speed is Hunter. In the early early game (up to lv20) every class is playable and levels at about the same speed. Is starting as a cleric viable, or should I just switch to Cleric/whatever healing class later? Also, are HT game changing toward the end, or would a general HT like Leadership still make me a viable healer? but for a game that i can grab a sixer of beer and play casually with some friends across the country for free, it's pretty great i'm about to start a new character so i can hoard dyes to be able to change my costume colors cause there's no way i'm paying cash for something like that. it's super cute, not too difficult, and a lot of fun if you play in spurts rather than marathon it. levels 1-30 are really fast, then after 30 it's apparently a grindfestĮven though i listed more cons than pros, i'm having a BLAST killing some time with this game. still pretty much a beta game, obviously they're improving it but there are some notable flaws once you start playing you'll be going along soloing 10 straight quests that are like level 10 quests then you'll hit a level 10 dungeon and you'll party up with 2 other people level 10 and still won't even dent the boss. dungeons are really weird difficulty spikes. you get teased with all these features in the early levels then they take them away at later levels and make you pay for them with cash if you want to use them (like basic features such as costume alterations) clicking on enemies during battle is a bit hard sometimes and i've died more than once because the fking enemies were moving around too much for me to click on them to kill them (real noob) if you're willing to dump some IRL cash into the game, the item mall looks promising i guess pretty decent class selection and it's only expanding tons and tons of gear and upgrades for gear whores easy mindless quests for when you want to browse TL while you play, but also hard(er) quests when you want a challenge on-the-fly class changing is nice, allows you to self-sustain on long quests instead of specializing as a warrior/tank/healer and forcing you to party up really great art style and direction (obviously just my opinion) Maybe highlight similarities to other MMOs and some Strengths and Weaknesses (Weaknesses preferred)Ĭoming from someone who's never played an MMO before (me):
